Using a powerful combination of SIACA owned/managed properties, a network of Global Referral Partners and Accredited Providers, SIACA is able to procure housing when, where and how you need it.
When you submit an enquiry we receive an email with your details. We’ll take that information and check the availability of your chosen property (or a range of properties in the city you want to stay in).
Once we’ve done that we will contact you by email or phone to arrange the booking and payment.
We can. If you want to stay somewhere not on our site, email firstname.lastname@example.org directly with the location, the dates you require, and the number of people/beds. We’ll use our extensive network to find the perfect place for you.
We will charge you 25% of the booking cost when you make the booking with us. The balance will be charged 10 days before your arrival date.
